Okay if you're going downtown Nashville and we live like an hour outside of Nashville so sometimes we get a hotel and enjoy NashVegas. I really enjoy this hotel again. You're talking about one of the higher end Hilton hotels. Service is impeccable. Options impeccable again. Perhaps because it's in a nashvegas or what we like to call Nashville

I’ve stayed at the Hilton Nashville Downtown several times over the years, and it has consistently been an excellent experience. The hotel is always clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of downtown Nashville and within walking distance to so many attractions, restaurants, and entertainment spots. It makes exploring the city incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely continue staying here on future trips to Nashville.

I'm leaving extremely happy; I give it a 10 out of 10. Everything was very clean and modern, the sofa bed and the second TV were very spacious, it has an incredible space, and the breakfast was delicious and fresh, the fruit and omelets were excellent. And the service was excellent, the staff were very friendly, from the valet parking attendants onwards. I hadn't found another place like this since the pandemic.

The room was a little worn, but large and pretty good overall. There was a light switch that didn't turn on anything and the makeup mirror light was quite dim and was loose on the wall. The shower was great and had great water pressure. The sink could have used a drain clearing or something, it was slow. The soap dish had one plastic foot on the bottom so it was noisy when you used the soap. Lots of easy fixes that speak to the lack of quality control. Great location in downtown Nashville and the staff was lovely.

Hilton Nashville Downtown is in the heart of it all. Great walking distance to Broadway, restaurants and entertainment. My favorite place to stay while in town. The hotel staff is amazing, the property is beautiful.

Great location right by music center, arena, convention center and the main downtown strip. Rooms were spacious and suite style, compared to other typical downtown hotels plenty of room. Large lobby and bar/restaurant as well as a coffee shop great for a quick bite or drink. Their onsite restaurant was also standalone great on their own. Overall great stay for Nashville

The service was absolutely amazing here. From the front desk employees, the breakfast area, the housekeeping staff, all the way to the valet folks. Location is perfect. Clean rooms with everything you need. Highly recommend staying in a higher level to keep the noise level down. We were in room 822 and it was dead center overlooking the museum and park. Couldn't hear anything at all from Broadway. The made to order omelets were amazing as well as the breakfast service. Valet prices were a bit steep but all things considered, you're in the heart of Nashville with parking garages that would cost about the same with less security.

One of the best locations in the Broadway Nashville area!!! You literally walk out your door and so many dining options including Assembly Hall, bars and shopping. Onsite there is a nice coffee shop and several restaurants if you want room service or not to leave the hotel. We went unexpectedly because of 2026 Ice Storm Fern & had 2 dogs with us. Hilton is very pet friendly and they were so welcoming to our last minute reservation. There is a little park across from the front door where it is easy to potty your pets. Everyone tried to offer assistance as we needed it and greeted us with smiling faces. Kudos to the manager for training his staff well. Because we didn't know when we would get power on, they let us extend day to day vs the usual cancellation policy. This was greatly appreciated. The room is set up as a suite. You walk in and there is a living area with a desk, TV, safe, refrigerator. Then there is a master suite with a TV and both have access to the bathroom. The bathroom was plenty large with a very big counter for toiletries. The only down side was the price for parking. However, all the downtown Nashville hotels charge about the same. We would stay again if we do a StayCation.

Beautiful hotel, but... There was a charge for the restaraunt to my room that I did not make and had to call to fix the bill. I was forwarded on to the restaraunt and had to leave a message that was not returned and called back amd got hung up on... still trying to get this resolved. Sadly could not connect to wifi even after contacting guest relations who tried to link my Hilton Honors info. Thank goodness for my hot spot! Girls in the coffee shop could be a little more pleasant.

WHAT A STAY! I am well traveled and stay at many five-star hotels, and this one compares to all of those! I needed multiple rooms so wound up staying in the executive lounge room category. Great rooms great location! The staff was most attentive to every need that we had. We needed extra towels and blankets. Everything was delivered very promptly. This hotel is clean and honestly in the best location for Nashville! We scored last-minute tickets for the predators game across the street and it was amazing! One particular staff member that stands out is Melody, front desk manager. I feel like every time I walk to the front desk she was there always with a smile saying yes ma’am we can get you whatever you need! Big shout out to Melody!! Thank you, Hilton Nashville for our great experience!
